Thank you for shopping Krafted by Koko! We appreciate your support to our small business, homegrown in North Carolina.

Please be aware that majority of our items are handmade from scratch so there will always be some slight discrepancies in measurements, cutting etc. Please only order if you are happy to accept this. If you have an issue with your order please reach out to us so we can try to make it right, we love happy customers! 

Few tips to keep the longevity of your items:
Do not overstuff cash envelopes and ensure you keep out of heat/humidity and keep away from water/liquids.


CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of this business, I am unable to accept cancellations on orders placed. Please be confident of your order before you purchase. 

 

SHIPPING + TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Current processing times vary depending on demand. Up-to-date processing and shipping times are always stated on the home page.

Keep in mind processing times are business days, and do not include weekends or holidays

Once shipped, you can expect your happy mail within 3-5 days for domestic orders and 1-4 weeks for international orders.

All orders will arrive in our unique and quirky packaging. Please be aware that Krafted by Koko has no control over delivery time once it has been dropped at the Post Office.

CUSTOMS + IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or incomplete addresses.

 

RETURN POLICY

I do not accept returns or cancellations.  All orders placed are final.
