The majority of our items are handmade from scratch, so slight variations in measurements, cutting, and overall finish are to be expected. Each piece is uniquely crafted with care.

š Care Tips
š Paper Products (Envelopes, Dashboards, etc.)
Each envelope is carefully handmade and laminated using premium 5 mil vellum and cardstock to provide structure while maintaining a soft, beautiful finish.
To keep your envelopes looking their best:
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Avoid extreme heat (cars + direct sunlight may cause warping)
- Do not fold, bend, or crease
- Avoid overfilling to protect sealed edges
- Keep away from sharp objects
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth if needed
With proper care, your envelopes will stay beautiful through many savings cycles.
āØ Paperklips & Charms
Each paperklip and charm is carefully hand-wired and assembled in our small North Carolina studio.
To keep your klips looking their best:
- Do not pull or push the paperclip from the top bead ā always use the body of the paperclip to open or adjust
- Be gentle when attaching or removing
- Avoid bending the wire
- Do not get wet
- Store in a safe place when not in use
With proper care, your klips and charms will last beautifully through many planner seasons.
š« Cancellations & Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products:
- We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges
- All orders placed are final
Please be sure of your order before completing your purchase.
š°ļø Processing Time (Before Shipping)
Current processing times vary depending on demand. Up-to-date processing times are always listed on the homepage.
Please note:
- Processing times are estimates and are measured in business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Processing time refers to the time it takes to create your order before it ships
- As each item is handmade to order, processing times may occasionally vary slightly (by a day or so), especially during higher volume periods or new releases
š¦ Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you can expect your happy mail within:
- 3ā5 business days for domestic (U.S.) orders
- 1ā4 weeks for international orders
Please note:
- Shipping time is separate from processing time
- Tracking will update once your package has been scanned by the shipping carrier

Krafted by Koko is not responsible for delays once packages have been dropped off at the post office. Delivery times are not guaranteed and are determined by the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout ā we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
š Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Krafted by Koko does not collect or pay these fees on your behalf. If applicable, they will be charged by your local customs office or shipping carrier upon delivery.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that any additional charges required for delivery are your responsibility.
Krafted by Koko is not responsible for delays, refused shipments, or returned packages due to unpaid customs fees.
