We love offering personalized touches to help make your order feel uniquely yours 🤍 Each item is handmade to order with care in our North Carolina studio.

At this time, we are not accepting fully custom design requests. We are only able to offer limited modifications to existing designs.

If you have a special request, please email victoria@kraftedbykoko.com prior to placing your order to confirm approval. Requests submitted without prior approval are not guaranteed and may not be accommodated.

Please note:

• All kustom requests are subject to approval and availability
• Additional processing time may be required for kustom orders
• Kustom pricing may apply depending on the request

💌 Kustom Envelope Instructions

When ordering kustom envelopes with personalized kategories, please follow the guidelines below to ensure your order is created correctly:

• The number of kustom kategories must match the number of envelopes purchased
• Each envelope will receive one kategory

Example:
If you purchase 5 envelopes, please list 5 kategories

If the number of envelopes and kategories do not match:

• Kategories will be assigned in the order they are listed
• Any additional kategories beyond the quantity purchased will not be used

Example:
If you purchase 2 envelopes and list 5 kategories, only kategories 1 and 2 will be used

If no kategories are provided, your order may be delayed.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Please double-check all spelling and wording before submitting your kustomizations — we will copy your entries as provided
• If a specific design style is selected (such as lowercase lettering), that style will be followed to match the overall design, even if capitalization is entered differently in your request
• We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer
• Due to the personalized nature of kustom items, all kustom orders are final sale and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded once placed
